Question 1

What is a premade home?

Accepted Answer

A house that is already built and fully decorated, ready to be placed on your land.

Question 2

What should I check when choosing a parcel?

Accepted Answer

Check the size and available prims of the land you already have or are renting, before buying the home.

Question 3

What do I receive, and how?

Accepted Answer

The home is delivered placed directly on your land — it does not go into your inventory. It arrives ready to use, with no modifications needed.

Question 4

What do I need ready for placement?

Accepted Answer

To speed up placement, all I need is for the exact area where the home will go to be cleared. Moving any objects already there is the client's responsibility before I place the home.

Question 5

Can I edit the home once it's placed?

Accepted Answer

You can move its furniture and objects, and delete them whenever you want, because they are on your land. You cannot edit or modify them beyond moving or deleting. Since it's your land, you can freely add and decorate around it with your own objects.

Question 6

What happens if there's a problem after placement?

Accepted Answer

My work ends at placement, but if a problem with the home itself comes up — an animation that misbehaves, a texture that looks wrong — I fix it if you let me know.

Question 7

What happens if I move or lose my land?

Accepted Answer

The home is lost with the land, because my work ends at placement. Placing it again elsewhere would be a new service, with a new payment.

Question 8

Can I request changes or modifications?

Accepted Answer

The home is delivered as seen, but after the purchase we can discuss modifications at an agreed price.
